Out of Network

We are able to submit your Out of Network therapy claims for you! This means, that if you have an insurance company that we are not credentialed with, you will pay us directly up front, and we will submit a claim on your behalf, via our secured electronic health record, to your insurance company. If available, your insurance will then issue you a check for to reimburse you some, or all, of your out of pocket costs for our time together. Typical reimbursement is 80% of your rate.

What you need to know:

Your insurance information must be on file with us.

You will be paid from your insurance company directly if you are out of network.

Your deductible still might apply

We accept no responsibility for how much your particular insurance company will reimburse you- we are not privy to this information ahead of time since we aren't in network with them.
